Over the past ten years, the average electrical performances of both commercial, and private properties have improved drastically. One of the reasons for this stat, could be the introduction of EPC 10 years ago. Since it's hit a landmark anniversery - we decided to look back on the 10 years of EPC, and how it has affected the country and it's energy expenditure.
